2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

If the goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last lot or piece.

2.3 Deadline for Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal notice by email without delay.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund Process

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3.2 Withholding Refund

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.2 Cost of Return Shipping

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs.

The estimated maximum cost of return shipping within Austria is approximately €5-10, depending on the size and weight of the package. For returns from other EU countries, costs may vary.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

To avoid liability for diminished value, please:

  • Return products in their original packaging
  • Ensure products are unused and in resalable condition
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Do not remove or damage product seals unless necessary to inspect the product

You may open the product packaging and inspect the contents to determine the nature and characteristics of the product, similar to what you would do in a physical store. However, extensive use beyond inspection may result in a deduction from your refund.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This may apply to certain dietary supplements if the seal has been broken.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Goods that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

12. Special Considerations for Dietary Supplements

As our products are dietary supplements, please note the following:
